Efficiency And Leadership

These types of situations are very common in many teams and organizations, and the bottom line is that they result in a lack of efficiency.

As a leader, you have the power to create efficiency simply by the “music” you play.

Are you clear spoken and resolute?

Are you encouraging?

Do you clearly communicate vision so that everyone is working toward the common goal?
