Setting the Example…

Good leaders need to ask themselves whether or not they are willing to be evaluated by the same criteria used to evaluate those under them. Are you setting the example of what you are expecting from your people? If you are expecting great customer service, do you give it? Is laziness only unacceptable when it’s not you? How can you possibly lead others into good habits and productive work if you do not practice these things yourself? Good leadership demands that what is expected of others is practiced and worked at diligently by the LEADERS themselves. Set the example in your business or organization and watch respect and production increase.
